Payment

  • 50% deposit to guarantee reservation.
  • Balance: by check-in and including any extra services/products.

List

  • STAY TAX: Upon check-in, € 1.50 per night per guest.
  • EXEMPTIONS: minors under 13 years of age, patients and family members staying for medical treatment, law enforcement officers staying for work necessity, certified disabled. For the last three cases, supporting documentation must be submitted.
  • Satellite WI-FI Internet: free of charge.
  • Parking: free.
  • Security deposit: upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed, a pre-authorization will be requested on the guest’s credit/debit card as a security deposit in the amount of € 500.00 (not actual charge). This request will remain valid and a guarantee for the duration of the stay and will be reversed after the verification of the premises subsequent to check-out. The condition of the facility, the regularity of the stay, as well as the main conditions of the regulations (see various points: late check-out, extraordinary cleaning, damages) will be evaluated, with possible charge in case of documented and disputed damages.

Reservation change

  • Early departure or late arrival: no refund, but balance of the entire reservation.

  • Cancellations within 15 days of arrival: full cost of stay will be charged. If deposit already paid, balance payment will be required

  • Cancellations more than 15 days before arrival: the full amount already paid will be refunded.

  • Reservations with special prices and/or discounts inherent in non-refundability: there is no notice period and the full amount of the reservation will be withheld.

UNREPORTED GUESTS AND DAMAGE CHARGE

  • Undeclared guests: any persons housed in the facility and not declared are charged to the reservation holder with rate increased by 40% on daily price, with the Property’s right to report to the P.S. authorities.

  • Damage Charge: The facility is ALWAYS handed over to the arriving guest after checking for any issues; guests will be charged for any damage caused by them or by persons under their responsibility.

  • Any missing linen: will be charged to the customer responsible for the reservation.

CHECK-IN

  • Arrival time: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Late check-in: Check-in after 7:00 p.m. is a service on request and subject to a fee. Check-in after 9:00 pm is not possible.

  • Fast check-in: You will receive a link to the communication of your information during the booking process.

CHECK-OUT

  • Check-out time: by 10:00 am.

  • Late check-out: service upon request and for a fee.

BED LAYOUT

  • We suggest consulting the composition of the facility to be sure that the bedding arrangement is in line with your needs.

  • Sleeping area: can accommodate up to 6/7 people; double room, triple room and room with a single bed.

  • Tavern: sofa/bed (small double) + possible 2 additional movable beds.

    If the number of guests can be contained in the sleeping area, the staff will NOT make beds in the tavern unless otherwise requested at the time of booking.

  • Animals are not allowed on the property.

INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES

  • The chalet does NOT have equipment and/or solutions for access to severe types of mobility disabilities.
    We advise the kind guest to check, through the information on the site, if the facility is suitable for their needs. Management is always available to assess the feasibility of access and happy stay at the facility for their guests.

INTERNET

  • Satellite WI-FI Internet line: its password is written in the information sheet in the facility.

HYGIENE, SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR IN THE FACILITY

CLEANING:

  • Collect in the collection bags provided in the facility for garbage. It is not allowed to leave garbage or anything else scattered, in the outdoor areas and the common yard.
  • For the proper handling of waste, we recommend that you consult the appropriate information printed in the facility.
  • Use the products provided by the facility to wash the rooms.

  • Ordinary final cleaning: included in the reservation fee.

  • CHARGE FOR EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING: Should the facility at the time of check-out be in a condition that requires more prolonged and thorough accommodation and cleaning, it will be charged. Suddette conditions refer, for example, to: dishes and pots and pans that need to be washed, garbage/waste scattered and not placed in the appropriate bins, severe and complete disorder, etc…
    The service of extraordinary cleaning will have a cost starting from € 100.00, the Management reserves the right to calculate the specific amount on a case-by-case basis.

  • First Aid Suitcase: its location can be identified on the property map in the facility.

  • Fire extinguisher: its location can be identified on the map of the property in the facility.

  • External video surveillance system: in addition to recording images and storing them for a limited time, it can be remotely accessed by the property for the purpose of access control and security of guests and the facility itself.

STRUCTURE

SUPPLIES:

  • Washing, drying and ironing: follow the directions on the product labels provided.
  • Each guest is provided with a complete bath set for the entire stay (bathrobe, large, medium, small towels and disposable terry slippers).
    Children are not provided with bathrobes.
  • In the living area bathroom: no. 2 additional medium towels for the entire stay.
  • In the bathroom of the sleeping area: no. 2 carpets for the entire living room to be used at the exit of the shower.
  • Each guest is provided with the bath kit containing personal hygiene products. The kits are differentiated between Adult, Kids, Baby.

BEDDING:

  • Each bed (conforming to the no. of guests) is prepared with: mattress cover, topper cover, waxed corner sheet, cotton corner sheet, flat sheet and/or comforter cover, and/or blanket.
    Pillow with pillow cover and pillowcase.

TEXTILES AND KITCHEN MONODOSES:

  • Tablecloths and placemats to protect the table, tea towels and cleaning textiles.
  • Monodoses of coffee, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar for initial preparations.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS

  • Underfloor heating system: on all floors.
  • Air conditioning: not present.
  • Centralized vacuum system whose use is simple and explained in the information document in the facility.
  • Outdoor lighting: outdoor lighting and lighting is regulated by an automatic timing system.
  • Skylight: present in the bathroom on the second floor. You will find remote controls inside the room (window, shutter and awning management). In case of rain it will close independently.
  • Electrical panel: located in the laundry room (wall next to the door to the outside stairs).
  • General meter: located outside, gray box located at the beginning of the property access ramp. A key is required to open it, which you will find in the first drawer under the cooktop labeled “counter.”

PROHIBITION

  • IT IS FORBIDDEN inside the facility: smoking, using drugs, shouting, slamming doors or windows, connecting to the electrical system any electrical appliance not provided by the facility (except electric shaver, hair dryer, straightener, appliances for one’s physical health, electric toothbrushes, battery charger, PC) and it is forbidden to use appliances regarding overheating baby meals in the rooms and bathrooms; in the kitchen you will find a more hygienic and convenient environment for your needs.

  • During the hours of 14:00-16:00 and 23:30-08:00, any noise that may disturb the neighborhood’s rest is prohibited.

  • Papers and garbage may not be thrown out of the designated bins.

  • No weapons, knives, sticks or instruments considered blunt may be entered.

  • No fixtures may be left open during one’s absence.
