1 GENERAL DIRECTIONS:
1.1. The Rules and Regulations of the accommodation “MONS Chalet” (owned by GLAM SRL), is established to ensure a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of the same for all.
It is contractual in nature between “GLAM SRL” and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay in the chalet and the acceptance of such request by “MONS Chalet” implies full acceptance of these Regulations.
1.2.
All guests are required to abide by the Internal Regulations of the Accommodation Facility, which can be found on the website and in the information block on site.
1.3.
Failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations and the further provisions of the Management may result in the removal of the offender from the Facility, balance of the entire account, and the related reporting of the fact to all national and international tourism organizations, unless also reported to the Public Authorities in the event that the failure to comply may possibly suggest the commission of a crime.
1.4.
All specific directions on signs placed in the area of the chalet property and/or appurtenance must also be followed.
1.5.
Parents (or those legally exercising parental authority) are jointly and severally responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the Facility and are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain polite and respectful behavior, under their own direct responsibility and, in particular, with regard to the obligation to respect silence (during the hours provided for by legal regulations) and the equipment made available by the Facility to its Guests.
Any activity that may disturb the neighborhood is prohibited.
All rules of these contract regulations must be observed in general.
1.6.
Conduct by both adults and minors is considered contractually relevant and, therefore, any transgression of the rules of these regulations and the common rules of civil coexistence and good behavior of the facility will result, according to the judgment contractually delegated to the Management, in the immediate termination of the contract for the fact of the Guest and the removal from the Chalet within 4 hours of the dispute of the facts.
In such a case, the Management of the facility shall be entitled to retain the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, also as compensation for damages, without prejudice to the right to compensation for greater damages ascertained.
1.7.
Management, as provided by the current laws of the Republic of Italy, has the right to expel without notice anyone who fails to comply with the Regulations or behaves in a way that creates harm or disturbance.
1.8.
Each Client in the very act of accepting hospitality in the chalet also contractually agrees to submit to the Security Authority and guard of the facility, who is however obligated in turn to always respect the Laws of the Italian Republic and the commonly accepted principles of our culture of courtesy and good manners.
1.9.
Management reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time, which will be available at the facility.
1.10 All times stated in these regulations refer to the local time where the accommodation facility is located.
2 PERSONAL DATA:
2.1 Pursuant to Art.
13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 no.
196, all personal data of our Clients will be processed both by means of computer systems and manually, in order to fulfill fiscal obligations (prepare invoices, record data, etc.) and provide the requested service.
2.2 Upon arrival, customers will be asked for identification for the purpose of reporting their presence to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
2.3 Filling out the appropriate form and/or completing the information for the Newsletter will allow us to keep our database up-to-date and be able to keep you up-to-date on our promotions.
3 RESERVATION:
3.1 For information you can contact the Property by phone, E-Mail or in person.
3.2 Reservations can be made by sending a written request to e-mail [email protected] or by phone at (+39) 3281378315.
3.3 The reservation request must include: first name, last name, date of arrival, date of departure, number of adults and children, age of children (for the purpose of communication to the competent bodies and preparation of the facility), telephone number, e-mail for communication.
Please also indicate the estimated time of your arrival.
3.4 DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
Upon confirmation of the reservation, unless otherwise specified, a 50% deposit is required as a guarantee of reservation, payable by bank transfer, Pay-Pal, Satispay, credit/debit card (and any other similar payment channels).
The Deposit must include booking references (number, if communicated, name, period).
The customer loses the deposit when he/she does not follow up on the reservation and therefore does not show up at the facility to occupy the premises that had been reserved for him/her.
In the case of late arrival with respect to the date indicated in the reservation, the customer is required to pay the total amount of the booked services that have been reserved for him/her, it is advisable in any case to contact the Management to provide/request more details on the matter.
3.5 For the balance, the payment method is agreed upon between the parties (cash, credit cards, ATM, wire transfer or other payment methods) and in any case by check-in.
3.6 Only after receiving the reservation request with the deposit (or total balance, if any), will confirmation of the reservation be communicated.
3.7 Rates are per day (per night) regardless of the time of entry. Check-in and check-out times are made explicit in this contract as are the rates for non-routine times.
3.8 We suggest consulting the composition of the facility to be sure that the bedding arrangement is in line with your needs.
3.9 The sleeping area on the second floor can accommodate up to 7 people.
Additional beds are located in the tavern: the sofa can be prepared as a sofa/bed (size of a small double).
Possibility to prepare No.2 additional mobile single beds.
If the number of guests can be contained in the sleeping area, the staff will NOT prepare beds in the tavern, unless otherwise requested by the guest when booking.
4 RESERVATION CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS:
4.1 In the event that the client is unable to occupy the accommodations during the booked period due to difficulties with transportation, mistakes, or other personal reasons, there is no refund for early departure or late arrival.
4.2 Please understand that the booked period will be charged in full even in case of early departure: no refunds will be made.
In case of late arrival, the full amount agreed upon at the time of booking will still have to be paid.
4.3 Customers who leave early are required to pay the facility for the remaining days of the reservation pursuant to Art.
1385 -1386 cc
4.4 In case of misunderstandings at the time of reservation, the management will make arrangements for different accommodations in equivalent rooms or facilities when possible.
4.5 For cancellations within 15 days of the arrival date, the full cost of the stay is charged.
Therefore, in cases where a deposit has been paid, the customer is still required to pay the balance of the reservation.
4.6 For cancellations beyond 15 days from the date of arrival, the full amount already paid will be refunded.
4.7 For reservations with special prices and/or discounts inherent in non-refundability, there is no timing of days’ notice and the full amount of the reservation will be retained.
5 BALANCE OF THE STAY
5.1 The balance of your stay, if not already made, is due upon arrival. With it, also any balance of extra services/products you have requested that have not yet been paid.
5.2 INVOICE: If you require an invoice, please notify us promptly by providing the header data and any other information.
Otherwise we will issue simple receipt/receipt and subsequent cancellation will not be possible.
5.3 STAY BAL ANCE: The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival.
You can pay in cash for a maximum amount of 4,999.00 Euro (subject to changes in laws regarding cash payment) or also by credit/debit card, paypal, satispay.
5.4 UNDECLARED GUESTS: Any persons housed in the facility covered by this contract, but not declared at the time of reservation or upon arrival, will be charged to the reservation holder at a rate increased by 40% on the daily rate with the right on the part of the management and the Property to report to the P.S. authorities all unauthorized persons found within the facility.
5.5 ADDEBIT FOR LOSS OF KE YS: Guests are given 2 copies of the keys to the facility. Loss or breakage of the key will be charged with a minimum amount of euro 10.00 per bundle.
5.6 DAMAGE ADDEBIT: The facility is ALWAYS handed over to the guest upon arrival, after checking for any problems, therefore, guests are liable and will be called upon to pay for damages caused by them or caused by persons under their responsibility.
IN CASE OF MISSING LINEN, WE WILL BE FORCED TO CHARGE THE GUEST RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESERVATION.
6 ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN)
6.1 TIME OF ARRIVAL: Check-in 15:00 – 19:00.
Any arrivals after this time must be requested in advance at the time of booking and agreed for acceptance by the reservation.
If due to force majeure, it is not possible to arrive on time, it is essential to notify the property.
6.2 LATE CHECK-IN: Check-in after 7:00 pm must be requested in advance and accepted by the facility.
This service is charged and counts in € 50.00 by 8:00 pm, € 100.00 by 9:00 pm.
Check-in after 9:00 pm is not possible.
6.3 IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: Upon arrival, kind guests should be provided with identification documents, including minors strictly.
6.4 FAST CHECK-IN: To speed up the reception time, you can send identification documents in advance to WhatsApp number (+39) 3281378315 or e-mail address [email protected].
6.5 MINOR ACCEPTANCE: Minimum age to rent the facility: 18 years old.
Minors unaccompanied by persons of age will not be allowed to use the facility resulting in a charge for the entire stay.
6.6 PUBLIC SAFETY REGISTRATION: Customers, including minors, are required to hand over an identification document to the Management.
This document will be registered for the purpose of Public Security.
Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of Criminal Code regulations by us to the Public Security Authorities.
In case of non-delivery we are obliged to report the omission to the competent bodies and access to the facility is prohibited.
6.7 FORMALITIES OF LAW TO BE FULFILLED UPON ARRIVAL: The guest must provide, by national provision, a suitable document to prove his or her identity, be it an identity card or passport for all occupants, otherwise the operator must refuse hospitality (art.109 P.S. laws as amended by art.7 point 2 of L.203/95).
6.8 NOTIFICATION OF CLIENT VISITORS: any guests of clients staying at the chalet, even if temporary, must be arranged and reported to the property.
Refer, then, to Section 5.4 regarding the regulation of unreported guests staying overnight at the chalet.
There is no charge for guests of guests who enter the facility temporarily without an overnight stay; however, it is understood that reporting to the Management remains.
6.9 DATA PROCESSING: The data of ours.
guests are processed in accordance with current privacy regulations.
6.10 NUMBER OF PEOPLE ACCOMMODATED: Under no circumstances shall persons in excess of the number fixed in the reservation be allowed to be accommodated unless agreed upon in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the accommodation if this condition is not observed.
Guests are not allowed to receive visits from relatives, friends, etc. unless agreed with the Management (P.S. Law as amended: by Art.7 No.4 of L.203/95).
6.11 DELIVERY OF KEYS AND ACCESS TO THE STRUCTURE: Keys will be handed over at the reception from the time indicated as check-in (from 3:00 p.m.).
Keys will be handed over upon arrival and after P.S. master registration and account balance have been explicated.
Access to the facility is allowed after the completion of check-in operations.
6.12 PERSONS OCCUPIING THE STRUCTURE: The chalet may be occupied only by the number of persons indicated for that specific unit.
ALL names of occupants must be provided to Management.
6.13 CAR PARKING: It is possible to park cars inside the property in the space provided.
Any other vehicles must be placed outside the property without causing disturbance or hindrance to others.
It is possible to place vehicles in the common yard in front of the chalet, to the side, leaving the roads leading to the houses unobstructed.
We recommend the entrance to the access ramp in reverse so as not to have problems with the ascent.
In the winter time, we do not recommend going down the access ramp, ice and/or snow may prevent the ascent.
6.14 VERIFYING THE STRUCTURE: Please report immediately any damages or inefficiencies and malfunctions you may encounter in taking lodging in the facility.
Any damages found later will be charged to you.
It is understood that the facility is first checked by MONS Chalet staff.
6.15 EXPULSION and DISMISSAL: Management, as provided for in the current laws of the Republic of Italy, has the right to expel without notice anyone who fails to comply with the regulations or behaves in a way that creates harm or disturbance.
7 DEPARTURE (check-out):
7.1 REDELIVERY OF STRUCTURE: The return of the chalet MUST take place by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
Agree, at the time of booking or during your stay, the scheduled departure time.
Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will be considered an extension of the stay and charged.
7.2 LATE CHECK – OUT: The request for an extension in the day at the facility, must be requested and accepted by Management at the time of booking, at check-in or during the stay.
There is a charge for this service: € 50.00 by 12:30 pm, € 100.00 by 3:30 pm, € 200.00 by 7:00 pm.
From 19:00 onwards, it will be considered as an additional night.
Suddetto service is to be paid at the time of acceptance by the Management.
7.3 PENALTY FOR DELAYED DEPARTURE: After 10:15 a.m. (time for rearrangement of the facility), the customer will be charged the fee stated in Section 7.2 of these regulations.
7.4 ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE: In case of early departure from the reservation period, the customer is not entitled to any refund.
7.5 KEYS RECEIVING: On the day of departure, the facility must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. and the keys to the facility must be handed over to the facility staff or placed in the space indicated by Management. Inspection of the facility, the material provided and the equipment, will be done just after your check-out, in order to avoid discussions we encourage you to give notice of any breakages, etc.. Quantification and management of damages/breakages found after check-out will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8 FACILITY-RELATED SERVICES:
8.1 The Chalet provides various services. For all these services you can ask the management for information or check our website www.monschalet.it.
9 USE OF FACILITY FACILITIES ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE:
9.1 Clients may use the services of the facility by the maximum release time of the facility, that is, by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
10 RULES OF BEHAVIOR DURING THE STAY:
10.1 CLEANING: Garbage must be collected in the appropriate collection bags located in the facility.
No garbage or anything else may be left strewn about, in outdoor areas or in the common yard.
10.1.1 There is NO daily cleaning and tidying of the facility.
10.1.2 There are tools and products in the facility for cleaning the premises.
We ask that you use them with care and attention in order not to damage furniture, surfaces and the facility as a whole.
10.1.3 There is a centralized vacuum system for floor cleaning, please refer to the instructions for its use.
10.1.4 IT IS FORBIDDEN to place chemical and non-chemical liquid products on top of wood/marble surfaces; these are porous materials that could be severely damaged.
Quantification and management of damage/breakage found after check-out will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
10.2 OUTSIDE GUESTS NOT REGISTERED: It is not permitted, for Security reasons, for guests to let other people inside the accommodations at any time unless first communicated to the staff in charge.
As a result of the communication, the facility reserves the right to give or deny permission of outside persons.
10.3 PERSONNEL ACCESS TO THE OCCUPIED PROPERTY: Should it be necessary for maintenance, security or other reasons for chalet personnel to access the property, management agrees to inform guests in a timely manner.
10.4 BATH LINEN: Each guest is provided with a complete bath kit for the entire stay: bathrobe, large, medium and small towels.
Children are not provided with bathrobes.
In the living area bathroom, 2 additional medium towels are provided for the entire stay.
In the bathroom of the sleeping area, No. 2 mats are provided for the entire stay to be used when exiting the shower.
In case of missing linens we will be forced to charge the reservation manager.
10.5 B ED LINEN: Each bed (in accordance with the number of persons in the reservation) is prepared with mattress cover, topper cover, waxed fitted sheet, cotton fitted sheet, flat sheet and/or comforter cover, and/or blanket.
Pillow with pillow cover and pillowcase.
In case of missing linens we will be forced to charge the reservation manager.
10.6 KITCHEN TEXTILES: The facility provides tablecloths and placemats to protect the table, tea towels and cleaning textiles.
In case of missing linens we will be forced to charge the reservation manager.
10.7 ADDITIONAL TEXTILES: In the facility you will find additional blankets in the closets, armchair, sofa and suitcase rest to be used in the very places where they are placed or in the chairs/outdoor beds.
In case of missing textiles we will be forced to charge the reservation manager.
The same applies to all pillows in the facility (table bench, sofa, etc.).
10.8 BEHAVIOR: Kind guests are asked to behave respectfully within the facility during the entire period of their stay, respecting it, the neighborhood, and nature.
10.8.1 Behavior, activities, games, and use of equipment that cause disturbance to others must be avoided at any time within the facility.
10.8.2 Adults are responsible for the behavior of minors in their care.
10.8.3 Behavior must be maintained at all times that at no time of the day and in no way harms the peace of mind of others.
10.9 USE OF THE STRUCTURE: The entire facility should be treated as if it were your home.
Common sense by all and politeness and respect for property and others is essential to keep it in the best condition.
Any damage done to furniture, furnishings or equipment will be properly assessed with the owners of the establishment for reimbursement to the property.
10.9.1 Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, toiletries, etc.
10.9.2 Do not flush substances other than those for which it was designed into the toilet.
Do not clog the toilet with diapers, paper or other bulky material.
Use the appropriate bins.
Costs for any flushing will be charged to the guest present at the time of the disruption.
10.9.3 A box containing the hospitality kit, i.e., personal hygiene products, is provided to each guest along with the bathroom kit. The kits are differentiated between Adult, Kids, Baby.
10.9.4 Inside the kitchen you will find monodoses of coffee, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar for your first preparations.
10.10 NOTICES, RULES AND PROHIBITIONS: SILENCE, ORDER, CONTEXT AND BEHAVIOR INSIDE THE STRUCTURE
10.10.1 IT IS FORBIDDEN within the premises: smoking, using drugs, shouting, slamming doors or windows, connecting to the electrical system any electrical appliance not provided by the facility, (except electric shaver, hair dryer, straightener, appliances for one’s physical health, electric toothbrushes, battery charger, PC); finally, it is forbidden to use appliances regarding overheating of baby meals in the rooms and bathrooms; in the kitchen you will find more comfort and can find a more hygienic and comfortable environment for your needs.
10.10.2 It is obligatory to respect the vegetation, grounds, hygiene and cleanliness of the chalet, any damage will be charged to the person causing it.
10.10.3 It is not allowed to open the areas reserved for facility staff in the closets and tavern area.
10.10.4 During the hours 14:00-16:00 and 23:30-08:00, any noise that may disturb the rest of the neighbors, including a loud tone of voice outside the chalet, is prohibited.
The use of radio and television is allowed in moderation and, in any case, in absolute compliance with the hours of silence.
10.10.5 It is not allowed to trample flower beds or damage plants and flowers as much as to take products placed outside the facility.
10.10.6 Papers and garbage may not be thrown out of the designated bins.
10.10.7 No weapons, knives, sticks or instruments considered blunt may be entered
11 ANIMALS.
11.1 Animals are not allowed inside the property.
12 INTERNET
12.1 There is a satellite Wi-Fi Internet line at the chalet; the password for it is written in the information sheet in the facility.

13.2 Upon arrival, the handover of the facility is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with an estimated time of arrival indicated.
13.3 Upon departure, the facility must be returned between by 10:00 a.m.
13.4 Please notify us in advance of any time requirements different from those stated here; the service results in a fee, please consult the relevant points on the subject in these regulations.
13.5 REST and SILENCE: During the hours of 14:00 to 16:00 and 23:30 to 08:00, any noise that may disturb the rest of the neighbors, including a loud tone of voice outside the facility, is prohibited.
The use of radio and television is permitted in moderation and, in any case, with absolute respect for the hours of silence and especially for the neighbor.
14 ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT – PLANT ENGINEERING
14.1 The current in the facility is 220-volt alternating current; check that your appliances are suitable for this type of current.
14.2 Electrical outlets are of the Italian and schuko type.
Be sure to have adapters if your appliances are equipped with plugs with a different system.
14.3 The property is not responsible for any damage to guests’ equipment due to force majeure (sudden power outages, power surges, etc.).
14.4 The chalet has 5Kw of power available as electricity.
14.5 Please do not overload the electrical system with equipment that could cause excessive KW demand in order to ensure proper operation throughout the facility.
MONS Chalet assumes no responsibility in case of failure caused by a guest due to misuse of the electrical system provided; therefore, the responsibility will fall on the one who caused damage.
14.6 There is an underfloor heating system in the chalet on all floors.
You can turn on/off and adjust the temperature through thermostats (one for each floor).
We ask the kind guests for simple common sense in using the heating (do not leave the heater at high temperatures with the window frames open).
The same applies to the space heater/heater in the bathroom in the sleeping area.
14.7 There is a centralized vacuum system in the chalet.
This is not the classic “vacuum cleaner” but rather a solution that ensures more effective, hygienic and thorough cleaning.
Its use is simple and is explained in the information document inside the chalet.
14.8 Outdoor lighting: lighting and lighting outside the facility is regulated by an automatic timing system.
14.9 In the second floor bathroom there is a skylight, for its operation (opening/closing window, shutter and curtain) you will find remote controls inside the room itself.
In case of rain, the skylight will close independently thanks to a sensor.
14.10 The electrical panel is located in the laundry room, in the wall next to the door to the outside stairs.
14.11 The general meter is located outside, gray box located at the beginning of the property access ramp.
A key is required to open it, which you will find in the first drawer under the cooktop labeled “meter.”
15 ELECTRICAL POWER AND WATER SUPPLY.
15.1 In the event of suspension of electricity or water supply due to the cause of the supplying companies or other force majeure, the Management disclaims any responsibility and is not liable for any reimbursement; In the occurrence of this situation, we ask you to inform the Property immediately in order to resolve the issue promptly.
16 SMOKE, FIRES, OPEN FLAMES, GRILLS
16.1 There is a ban on smoking on all premises
16.2 It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the facility.
16.3 Smoking, burning and lighting candles is NOT allowed unless expressly authorized.
16.4 The facility provides a barbecue outside, to be used in the location where it is located.
Moving the same by guests is prohibited.
16.5 The use of fireworks and/or similar items is strictly prohibited.
17 MEDICAL, INFECTIOUS DISEASES
17.1 The telephone numbers of the medical and emergency services are contained in the list of useful numbers in the facility, for any further information please notify the staff who will make themselves available to help you.
17.2 Any infectious disease must be reported to Management at the time of booking and in any case at the time of its occurrence if during the stay.
18 MEALS, HYGIENE and SAFETY.
18.1 A disposable welcome kit (oil, salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar, coffee) is provided for guests’ initial preparation.
18.2 There is no food preparation service with a cook unless requested by the cook, which is considered an extra service for a fee.
18.3 It is forbidden to eat meals in the rooms not used for the activity itself (bathrooms, rooms, sofa, etc.).
18.4 There is a First Aid kit in the facility; its location can be identified on the property map in the facility.
18.5 There is a fire extinguisher in the facility; its location can be identified on the map of the property in the facility.
18.6 The facility is equipped with a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
When washing the kits provided by MONS Chalet, we ask you to be careful and follow the directions on the labels of the product itself in order not to damage it.
Any damage will result in the guest being charged for the product.
18.7 The facility provides an ironing board and iron. Regarding the products provided by MONS Chalet, we ask you to be careful and follow the directions on the labels of the product itself in order not to damage it. Any damage will result in the guest being charged the cost of the product.
18.8 Included in the reservation cost is the final routine cleaning.
18.9 CHARGE FOR EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING: We would like to inform our guests that if the facility at the time of check-out is found to be in conditions that require more prolonged and thorough accommodation and cleaning, the cost of the same will be charged. Suddette conditions refer, for example, to: dishes and pots and pans that need to be washed, garbage/waste scattered and not placed in the appropriate bins, severe and complete disorder, etc.. MONS Chalet is an accommodation facility designed for your vacations and moments of refreshment and relaxation, despite this, we expect respect for the environment, for the facility and for the work of others who are, precisely, responsible for the accommodation and management of the facility. The cost of extraordinary cleaning will cost from € 100.00, the Management reserves the right to calculate the specific amount on a case by case basis.
18.10 The facility is equipped with an external video surveillance system.
This system, in addition to recording images and storing them for a limited time, can be remotely accessed by the property for the purpose of access control and security of guests and the facility itself.
19 VALUES
19.1 Please notify and/or hand over to the property when things are found or lost.
19.2 Please also, whenever leaving the facility, lock the door and check that the windows are securely closed.
20 RESPONSIBILITY
20.1 The Management of the MONS Chalet is not responsible for the loss of objects and/or valuables of the guests (each Guest is obliged to the diligence of the custody of the objects of his property), damages resulting from events of force majeure and the nature of the thing (atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches or products that fall within the nature of plants, wind blows, damage or theft cars in the parking area and the area of the structure).
Under no circumstances will discounts be given at the time of departure to cover any or alleged inefficiencies that may occur as a result of the events described above.

21.1 For confirmation on rates ask the management.
21.1.1 STAY TAX: A stay tax is due at check-in, which counts in € 1.50 per night per guest. The sojourn tax is due up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights (they are considered consecutive even if interrupted for no more than 4 nights), the entire contract is then considered, regardless of use. EXEMPTIONS: minors under 13 years of age, patients and family members staying for medical treatment, law enforcement officers staying for work necessities, certified disabled. Supporting documentation must be submitted for the last three cases.
21.2 Early check-in: upon request and to be evaluated in accordance with the organization of the facility.
Service fee.
Upon request, Management will communicate the additional fee to be charged.
21.3 Late check-in: to be requested in advance, service charge.
Check-in after 19:00 hours must be requested in advance and accepted by the facility.
This service is chargeable and counts in € 50.00 by 20:00, € 100.00 by 21:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 21:00.
Please note that the late check-in fee is also charged in case the guest arrives at the facility after the regular time without having requested the service.
21.4 Late check-out: service to be requested in advance, service fee: €50.00 by 12:30 pm, €100.00 by 3:30 pm, €200.00 by 7:00 pm.
From 19:00 onwards, it will be considered as an additional night.
Suddetto service is to be paid at the time of acceptance by the Management.
Such request must be approved by the Management.
21.5 Satellite WI-FI Internet, free of charge.
21.6 parking, free of charge.
21.7 Expenses understood as utilities (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price.
For long-term stays arranged directly with the Management, the cost of utilities will be charged separately with the reading of the contactors.
21.8 Upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed, a pre-authorization will be requested on the guest’s credit/debit card as a security deposit in the amount of €500.00.
The required pre-authorization will remain valid and as security for the duration of the stay and will be reversed after the verification of the premises subsequent to check-out.
This verification will be carried out by the morning following the guest’s departure.
The condition of the facility, the regularity of the stay, as well as the main conditions of the regulations (see various points: late check-out, extraordinary cleaning, damages) will be evaluated, with possible charge in case of documented and disputed damages.
It is understood that if the pre-authorization does not arrive to cover the additional costs, the customer will be asked to pay the additional difference.
21.9 PRE-authorization, DEBIT ON CREDIT CARD: For the conditions of defrosting the pre-authorization please contact your bank, the Property is not responsible for any delays in defrosting the amount by the relevant Credit Institutions.
Regular receipt of the described transaction will be issued to the customer who requests it.
22 SUBJECTS WITH DISABILITIES
22.1 The chalet does NOT have equipment and/or solutions for access for severe types of mobility disabilities.
We advise the kind guest to check, through the information on the website, if the facility is suitable for their needs.
Management is always available to assess the feasibility of access and happy stay at the facility for their guests.
23 STRUCTURE COMPOSITION
23.1 GROUND FLOOR: entrance hall, dining table, kitchen, ante-bathroom, toilet (no shower/tub), exit to patio.
23.2 FIRST FLOOR: bathroom (with shower), bedroom with French bed (single) and exit to small terrace, double bedroom with exit to terrace, triple bedroom (bunk bed and single bed) with exit to terrace.
23.3 BASEMENT FLOOR: for use as a tavern/living room.
In this space the sofa can be prepared as a sofa/bed (size of a small double).
Possibility to prepare n.2 additional mobile single beds. If the number of guests can be contained in the sleeping area, the staff will NOT make beds in the tavern unless otherwise requested by the guest when booking. In the basement is the laundry room complete with sink, washer, dryer, iron, and storage room.
23.4 OUTDOOR: space for transportation, garden, patio.
24 WASTE MANAGEMENT
24.1 For the proper handling of waste, we recommend that you consult the appropriate notice printed in the facility.
